Foundation for technique; good for all students. This class offers a safe, moderate (re)introduction to alignment, form, breathing & spirit of the practice. Basic postures taught, no previous experience required. Drop-ins welcome although classes will follow a progressive sequence. Basic yes, but it can be rigorous even so. The pace of this class will be slow and each session will be modified to meet the needs of participants. If you are interested in trying yoga but worry that your age, fitness level, weight, or a particular injury might make being part of a class uncomfortable or seemingly impossible then this class is ideal for you.
Building from a familiarity with all Level 1 postures and principles including inverted positions and backbends. More challenging postures are added and a deeper level of understanding of the practice is conveyed.
Challenging Vinyasa, experience suggested. It is recommended but not required that you attend Level 1 or Level 1-2 classes before attending Open classes. Try out some new poses under the guidance of One Ocean Yoga's most experienced teachers!
For intermediate & advanced students. Basic knowledge of asana, Yoga Poses, is expected. We assume that unassisted Adho Mukha Vrkshasana (Handstand) at the wall and Urdva Danurasana (Wheel or Upward Facing Bow) with straightening arms are within your range of practice. Try out some new poses under the guidance of One Ocean Yoga's most experienced teachers!
For strong intermediate & advanced students. Good knowledge of asana, yoga poses, is expected. Assumes Adho Mukha Vrkshasana (Handstand) at the wall and Urdhva Danurasana (Upward Facing Bow/Wheel) unassisted. More challenging asana will be explored.

Urban Zen trained integrative therapists lead a one hour session of restorative poses, aromatherapy, reiki, breath awareness, and meditation. Whether you are recovering from an illness or injury or just need to unwind and be treated with TLC and ancient wisdom, this is the class for you.
A slow-flow class designed to reset, renew and re-balance. Warm up, then deep stretch to re-align and re-open the body. Calm the central nervous system with long-held restoratives at the end of class. No better way to smooth out your week!
