You may buy classes for a friend, but we only allow immediate family members to share any class series, except unlimited class series.
Otherwise All Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and the expiration date is strictly observed, as is the required advance 24 hour cancellation of any class or reservation.
OUR POLICY ON EXPIRED CLASSES: We consider the pricing of the 5, 10 & 20 class series to represent "frequent flyer" discounts. Sometimes people don't get to "fly" as frequently as planned. So if it turns out that you have classes remaining on a class series, those expiring classes can be "bought back" or redeemed within a year of the first purchase. Ex: Say you had a ten class card that cost $190 and the series expired after 4 months with 4 classes remaining. Each of the classes in a 10 class series is valued $19. An individual class purchased separately costs $25, a difference of $6 value per class. If you would like to redeem the value of the expired classes from a series, you can, by paying the difference, in this case it's $6 per class. So in this example, if you pay $24 (4x$6) you can redeem the expired classes and have as long as a year to use them up. Keep riding!
