Get ready to learn some cool yoga postures, breathing techniques, games, and creative visualization!

Martial Arts Kids Style - Helps to develop focus, strength, self discipline, patience, confidence, courage and have fun while learning self defense and life skills.

Mommy&Me Yoga Ages 1-3
Mondays 9:30am- 10:15 am
Animated animal poses, creative yoga style games, music and chanting are the setting for a playful communion between you and your toddler. Your tot will playfully and naturally develop mobility and verbal expression through this supportive, fun-loving and active class. Silly and uniquely tot-friendly yoga asana enhance concentration and listening skills, while refining motor co-ordination. This yoga class is an enriching, shared parent/child experience.

All Kids Classes are now $15 for a drop in and $96 for the full 8 week series. Only one drop in per student. You can join late at a prorated amount |
