What is a Small Group Tower Class?

Pilates Tower Class gives you all of the benefits of working out on Pilates equipment while enjoying the energy of an intimate small group setting. The benefits of a Pilates Tower Class come from working with the resistance and range of motion that the Tower and springs provide. Its springs, bars and loops add more exercise variations than a traditional Mat Class allowing the student to have a greater sense of whether he or she is stabilizing and moving with proper integrity and control. Each class is designed to provide students with an overall body workout that strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups. Classes may include Magic Circles, Therabands, and other props as well as the Tower Unit.

Pilates Tower Reservation Policy 


•    All Tower Classes are 55 minutes and class size is limited to 7 students, therefore reservations are strongly recommended as we have a 2 student and/or 2 pay  minimum.

•    Pilates Tower Classes are Semi-Private Sessions and require a minimum of 2 students to be held. If you are the only student registered you will be notified by 8pm the evening prior. You will have the option of a Private Lesson by deducting a second class from your series (or paying for a second class if you don’t have a series) or the class will be cancelled. This is a great opportunity because Private sessions cost several times a class. We recommend taking advantage of your teacher's undivided attention to work on your Pilates technique and reap the benefits of a Private or better yet, bring a friend.

•    We do welcome walk-ins therefore if someone walks-in for a class, your “Private” would revert back and you will be charged for only a single class.

•    Walk-ins are welcome provided that the class minimum has already been satisfied and space is available.
