Eric is originally from Quebec, Canada where he trained and worked as a professional dancer focusing on modern dance since 1988. Later moving to NYC to begin his studies with Cyndi Lee at OM Yoga Center at which time he was introduced to meditation and the philosophy & practice of Yoga. In order to combine his passion for Yoga & dance and to increase his knowledge of the human body, Eric studied massage at the Finger Lakes School of Massage NY, becoming a certified and licensed Massage therapist. His studies also includes: Pilates, polarity, reflexology, applied kinesiology, cranio sacral therapy and herbal medicine. All of these experiences contribute to an increased awareness and quality in his Yoga instruction.
